Bulletin Board Decoration

Dear Students,

Warm Greetings!

Bulletin Board Decoration must be done as per the following schedule for the students of the classes 6 to 12 for the month of April, 2024. The details of the event are mentioned below.

1. Name of the Event: Bulletin Board Decoration
2. Theme: Std. 6 to 8: World Health Day

Std. 9 to 12: World Heritage Day

1. Venue: Respective Classroom’s outside board
2. In-charge Teachers: Respective Class Teachers

Guidelines for the participants:

1. The participants must decorate the bulletin board as per the given theme.
2. The students must decorate the bulletin boards that are mounted outside the classrooms.

Guidelines for teachers:

1. Class teachers must remain present in the class during the time of event.
2. Class teachers must look after the discipline of the participants.
3. Students won’t be allowed go to other classes to ask for materials or any other assistance.

NOTE: The class teachers and students must make sure that the bulletin board decoration remains intact throughout the month.
